Vi (friends usually call her's nickname Kú Bơ - A Passionate Vietnamese Sommelier) had the chance to work for Mas Zenitude (Natural Winery) in the 2 vintages of 2019 and 2020 during Vi's time of studying International Master on Wine Tourism Innovation (Wintour) in Europe. At here, Vi worked closely with the team from the vinayard to the winemaking. The more Vi works the more Vi falls in love with the nature and the Natural wine.
After coming back the beautiful hometown Vietnam, Vi always hopes to contribute for Natural wine development in Vietnam and keeps thinking about opening 1st Natural Wine Bar in Vietnam. It was not an easy mission for Vi as Natural wine is very new for Vietnamese market; howvever, When the love over a lot of fears that Vi together with the close friend happily started the 1st Natural Wine Bar in Vietnam called NOB in March 2022.>
